Enjoy some sun and good food at Beach Rose Cafe in Wickford.

Looking for a nice spot on the water to enjoy a delicious lunch at a reasonable price? Follow the vibrating lobsters and head to in the heart of Wickford. Open for breakfast and lunch, their assortment of soups, salads, wraps, paninis and classic entrees like clam cakes and chowder offers something for everyone. The dedication to fresh, organic produce and recyclable servewear is admirable and leaves you feeling warm and cozy inside, just like the coffee!

Vegetarian? Try the Prudence Island wrap with hummus, avocado, sprouts, tomatoes, lettuce and onion. Visiting from out of town? Grab a lobster roll overflowing with real live (well not live anymore) lobster! From grilled cheese to falafel wraps and everything in between, Beach Rose is a great choice for having a casual meal with friends or family. Celebrating? Beer and wine are available!

Grabbing a spot on the deck can be tough during the lunch rush, even during the week, but it's worth the wait as you watch boats and ducks float by in the harbor. A word of warning, all of the birds from seagulls to sparrows will be on the prowl for whatever you leave behind (or unattended).
