Someone Bought a $30,000 Winning Ticket in Wickford

The winner matched four out of the five numbers plus the PowerBall number. Ticket was sold at Wickford Mini Mart.

Someone won $30,000 in Saturday night's PowerBall drawing after buying a ticket at Wickford Mini Mart in Wickford.

The Rhode Island Lottery Commission said the winner has not come forward yet.

The winner matched four out of the five numbers plus the PowerBall number. The normal prize would be $10,000, but the player opted to add the PowerPlay feature to the ticket, multiplying the prize by three.

If you have a PowerBall ticket kicking around from Sunday night's drawing, double check it! You might be sitting on $30,000.
