Meet Smoky – possibly the most affectionate and friendly cat we've encountered thus far on Pet of the Week. This two-year-old blue tabby is friendly with just about everyone, from humans to kids to cats and even dogs. He has double paws, but that doesn't matter to this extroverted feline.
