Pet of the Week: Fairway

If you're a golf lover, we've got the perfect cat for you.

Love golf and looking for a furry feline companion? You are (oddly) in luck because we've discovered a newly homeless cat named Fairway (yes, Fairway) who's looking for a loving home.

This male cat, just less than two years old, was brought to the Pet Refuge this month after his owner passed away. The elderly man is said to have found the cat when he was just a kitten on a golf course – hence the name "Fairway."

Fairway is a sweet, gentle and attention-seeking feline who loves to cuddle. Members of the Pet Refuge he'd make the perfect lap cat for those looking for a companion to watch TV or the game...or maybe a golf tournament?
