No Superior Court hearing today: The hearing originally scheduled for today has been consolidated with a motion put forward by the town. Both motions – one by the State Labor Relations Board to force the town to restore former firefighter shifts, the other by the town to “stay” or delay the SLRB’s decision – will now be heard Monday at 11 a.m. before Judge Stern at Kent County Superior Court.
