Take the Plunge for your community. Join us at the North Kingstown Town Beach to support your community. Refreshments provided by NK Food Services and Zumba will follow the event at 2:00pm at the Cold Spring Community Center.

Raise over $300 and receive a Polar Bear Plunge hooded sweatshirt.

Commerative Long Sleeve T-shirts are available for purchase and all proceeds support the West Bay Family YMCA Financial Assistance Campaign.

Please bring canned goods for the NK Food Pantry.

There is a costume contest. Prizes will be given for the best costumes for both individual and group costumes.

15 Beach St, North Kingstown, RI

Located off of Wickford Harbor, this tranquil beach has become a family favorite in North Kingstown. The beach's small waves and playground are family-friendly. Though the beach is owned and operated by the town, lifeguard service are provided daily during the summer by the West Bay Family YMCA from 9am to 5pm. $10 will get you a beach pass for the season if you're a North Kingstown resident. (Sorry, out-of-towners!)
