For 10 years, the West Bay Family YMCA has been helping families improve their health, increase their exercise and strengthen their bonds with their communities.

To celebrate 10 years serving its neighbors, the West Bay YMCA has planned 10 days of free events and activities for the entire community. Beginning Monday, the Y will celebrate this anniversary by offering community members a free 10-day guest pass to join in the fun with a series of events including:
 

• Oct. 10 – Open House & Carnival.

• Oct. 12 – Wellness Wednesday.

• Oct. 15 – Birthday Party Themed Classes.

• Oct. 19 – Team Taught Group Exercise Classes.

• Oct. 20 – Halloween Party.

 
“We’re so thankful to the community for supporting the Y for the past 10 years,” said Executive Director Martha Machnik, “that we wanted to open our doors and have everyone participate in the festivities.”
