When police arrived at Nolan’s residence, he was reportedly wearing nylon, cut-off shorts and no shirt and appeared to be very nervous. According to reports, Nolan told officer he was outside sunbathing and didn’t recall exposing his penis. He did, however, allegedly tell police that he fell asleep and his penis has a propensity to expose itself while he sleeps. According to Nolan, a similar incident happened the year when he allegedly inadvertently exposed himself to a neighbor whilst asleep.

According to Nolan’s arresting officer, this isn’t his first run-in with the law: the officer handled a case last year when Nolan was allegedly exposing himself inside his car.

Please just let me go.”

She was brought to the North Kingstown Police Department on suspicion of drunken driving after refusing to take a field sobriety test.
