5 Things: Zorro, Snow & Rolling Greens
Five things to know for Feb. 11.
1. Zorro has been found! The four-year-old canine who ran away from his foster family recently was spotted by a North Kingstown resident yesterday who promptly called Zorro's search party. Aside from being covered in ticks, Zorro seems to be in good shape. Phew!
2. Snow is on the way today. Well, at least that's what the forecasters are saying. The National Weather Service is anticipating anywhere between two to five inches of snow today with the heaviest period of snow between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m.
3. Show some love for your valentine and local businesses this holiday. Check our list of "gotta-get" Valentine's Day gifts that you can find right here in town.
4. The North Kingstown Town Council will finally hold a public hearing on changes to the compact village development (CVD) zoning district as well as comprehensive plan amendments regarding a village center at Rolling Greens Golf Course. Monday's meeting kicks off at 7 p.m. at Beechwood Center.
5. Today: snow with highs near 38. Tonight: a chance of snow showers before 8 p.m. with lows around 22. Tomorrow: partly sunny with highs near 30.

That is fantastic that Zorro has been found. It would be super-fantastic if Zorro's family took down all the signs that they had plastered all over town while searching for the cute little dog........
