Quidnessett Elementary School and The North Kingstown Community Chorus and Youth Chorus enjoy a unique musical partnership.  When the chorus was looking for a new place to rehearse several years ago, Louise Denette, principal at Quidnessett, graciously offered the chorus rehearsal space on Tuesday nights and they've been making music together ever since.

The chorus, which has been supporting the North Kingstown school music programs for many years, recently offered to provide an updated piano to the school. Roberta Belanger, director of the chorus, and Jim Findley, chairman of the board of the chorus, officially presented the new digital piano to Mrs. Denette and Mrs. Elizabeth Charest, Quidnessett's music teacher, on November 9, 2011.

The chorus has been busy preparing for their annual Winter Concert, which will be held in the high school auditorium December 3rd at 7 PM and December 4th at 3 PM. Start your holiday season off on the right note by calling 401-295-1699 for tickets and more information about the concert!!
